The Statewide Communications Connectivity Strategy has been jointly developed by the Office of the State Controller, (OSC) and a Connectivity Steering Committee made up of representatives of varied user organizations (governor’s office, state agencies, local government, K-12 education, community colleges, university systems, health care, prison system, local law enforcement, court system, communications research, and private industry). The Connectivity Steering Committee consisted of the following members:
